Model 3 is a ‘split main level’ with the Master Suite to on side and Guest Bedrooms to the other. All doorways and clearances are designed for ‘Age in Place’ requirements. Common areas include an eat-in Kitchen, Pantry, Powder Room, separate Dining Room and Upper Level Commons Room. The Master Suite has a walk in closet, roll in shower (doorless), and double vanity. Guest Bedrooms share a ‘Jack and Jill’ Bath. A semi-detached side loading garage with enclosed connector, front and rear porches.
